Dr. Tulin Cil

Dr. Cil leads a variety of studies in the field of health services research, with a focus on breast cancer. In 2020, she was appointed as the Gattuso Chair in Breast Surgical Oncology. Dr. Cil’s research spans topics including robotic surgical techniques, psychosocial impacts of breast cancer, and most recently, the development of a virtual care platform for breast cancer patients. Dr. Cil is also affiliated with the Wilson Centre at UHN where her research in surgical education focuses on innovative teaching strategies and mechanisms of learning surgical skills
